We recognize that beginning or continuing counseling can feel vulnerable and, at times, difficult. Our goal is to support you with compassion, transparency, and respect throughout your care. You have the right to access your health care records and to pursue additional resources or file a complaint if concerns arise. While these options are always available to you, we encourage you to contact us directly so we can address any questions or concerns together whenever possible. You are welcome to reach out to us at janet@zenhart.com —we are here to support you.

We are required to retain your records for 7 years after your final appointment, or 5 years after a former minor has turned 18. You may request a copy of your records by contacting me at janet@zenhart.com.
Administrative charges may apply.
